-Carefully open the packaging and check all parts, including the tabletop, frame, legs, control panel, motor unit, screws, and tools. Make sure nothing is missing before beginning assembly. -Attach the table legs to the main frame using the provided screws. Tighten them securely with the included tool to ensure stability. -Place the tabletop upside down on a soft surface and place the assembled frame on top. Align the holes and secure the frame to the tabletop with screws. -Connect the motor cables to the control unit and connect the control panel. Make sure all cables are firmly inserted. -Organize and secure the cables along the frame to prevent tangling or interference when adjusting the height. -Carefully turn the table to its working position. Make sure the table is level and stable on the floor. -Connect the table to an electrical outlet and use the control panel to raise and lower the table.

SANODESK ASR
The ASR (or ASr) error code indicates that your desk has entered Reset Mode, a safety and synchronization feature triggered by initial assembly, power loss, or detected obstructions. This mode halts normal operation to protect the motors and ensure the legs are perfectly aligned. To resolve it, clear all objects from beneath the desk and perform a manual system reset to recalibrate the lifting mechanism.
To perform the reset, press and hold the Down (↓) button until the desk reaches its lowest point. Continue holding the button even after it stops; the desk will perform a slight “rebound” movement or beep, and the display will switch from “ASR” to a numeric height value. If the code persists, unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, verify that all motor cables are securely connected to the control box, and repeat the holding process.
